IN TUNE WITH SPIRIT, 10 weeks program, WEST END Community Center, Vancouver.

Date: 30-4-2013

Details:

Meditation has been proven to extend your life, create more happiness, increase inner peace, lower stress levels, increase mental clarity, reverse aging and resolve long-standing emotional problems, including fear, anxiety, depression, anger, and substance abuse! Meditation is being used as a cure for specific health related problems including ADD, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression.

With nothing but bad news everywhere you turn (the economy, financial crisis, health scares), people are smothering under a blanket of stress, and meditation is the best way to master stress.

Unfortunately, many people don't have the time (or the patience) to invest the years of practice required to master the art of meditation. Now, thanks to the practice offered by Sujith, you don't have to. With a 37 year practice in meditation and spiritual growth with renowned Indian teachers, Sujith has made meditation effortless – and even fun - for you to go into states of deep meditation. During these 8 weeks he will also share with you the art, science and wisdom of meditation. And……..you will take away several valuable spiritual tools that you can seamlessly apply in your day-to-day lives.

Most of us are used to look for external solutions to internal challenges. When we feel lonely, we seek companionship. When we cannot sleep, we use pills. When happiness eludes us, we amass material things.

Internal challenges need internal solutions. That is why Sujith has put together a neat set of spiritual techniques that help each participant reclaim inner wellbeing effortlessly. And now you can practice them together with Sujith in ‘IN TUNE WITH SPIRIT with Sujith Ravindran’.

We live a fast-paced life. So each moment must be spent wisely. If the rewards are not clear from something that we practice, we instantly replace it with something new.

To make it easy, Sujith has compiled many effortless techniques that each of us can put to use whether we are driving, on the dinner table or in a meeting. Spiritual masters have known these techniques and applied them for millennia, but until now they have mostly been used only in monastic life.

Unlike spiritual masters of olden times, we have created a life with numerous responsibilities in the worldly life. We do not have the time to practice spiritual techniques in leisurely manner.

Sujith recognizes that unless we are able to seamlessly integrate spiritual techniques into our fast-paced worldly life, we cannot embrace the enormous power these techniques have upon our wellbeing. So he has extracted several spiritual techniques and pearls of wisdom from the ancient practices of India to make it easy for you to apply these in your day-to-day life.

Some benefits of these techniques and practices:

• Countless individuals have got out of medication for anxiety, panic attack and depression

• Many have recognized that their past has been weighing them down, and they have let go of people from their past to create a life of lightness and peace

• Many have recognized that gratitude is an inner state (and not dependent upon other people’s actions)

• Participants have created real happiness in their lives, regardless of their past or present circumstances. So can you.

• Several have experienced that no matter what they have – or not have – in their lives, their sense of abundance is self-made

• Countless individuals have let go of a life of stress without letting go of their life

• Many have improved their creativity, intelligence, and mental functioning

• Participants have significantly improved their self-awareness, their overall sense of well-being and inner peace

!LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, SUJITH HAS ALSO AGREED TO INCLUDE A BONUS GUIDED MEDITATION (in mp3 format) EXCLUSIVELY FOR IN TUNE WITH SPIRIT PARTICIPANTS!
